Funding Methods and Deposits

Kinbet supports a spectrum of funding options for opening balance and gameplay. The User may deposit using personal payment instruments and verifiable digital wallets. The Company may require verification steps before crediting funds. Cash or cheques are not accepted for deposits.

  • Accepted funding methods include Visa, MasterCard, and supported e-wallets, as well as eligible virtual currencies. Virtual currencies may be deposited and converted in accordance with Kinbet’s currency controls; withdrawals may be conducted in the same or permitted currencies as applicable.
  • Beneficiary name: The name on the deposit account or wallet must correspond to the Kinbet account holder’s name. Deposits from unlawful sources are prohibited.

Withdrawals and Payouts

Withdrawals are subject to verification and compliance checks. A withdrawal request may be processed only after successful identity verification and after establishing the source of deposited funds, in accordance with Kinbet’s KYC/AML policies.

  • Maximum withdrawal per method varies by payment option. If a requested withdrawal exceeds the per-method cap, Kinbet will execute the payout in installments as necessary. The aggregate cap across all payments is 5,000 EUR per day, 10,000 EUR per week, and 30,000 EUR per month.
  • Payment method parity: Withdrawals are typically issued via the same method used for deposits, subject to availability and compliance. Chargebacks, Refunds and Disputes

  • Grounds for chargeback include, but are not limited to: cardholder not in receipt of transaction details, incorrect authorization, mismatch between cardholder name and Kinbet account, and other disputed activity. Kinbet may seek recovery of funds and related costs if a chargeback is filed.
  • If a chargeback is received, Kinbet will contact the registered account holder to verify identity and discuss the preferred payment method. Administrative fees may apply and any remaining balance may be treated as blocked or reallocated to fulfill obligations under the chargeback.
  • Refunds are governed by Kinbet’s internal policy. A refund may be issued by Kinbet for reasons including accidental deposits, fraud-related withdrawals, or non-delivery of services. To request a refund, users should contact Kinbet support with the grounds for refund. Kinbet will respond within two (2) days and communicate the outcome by email tied to the user’s Kinbet account. Refunds are not automatically triggered by the banking channel; Kinbet handles refunds directly.
  • Kinbet products are consumed instantly during gameplay. Funds used in real-money play are drawn from the user’s Kinbet balance immediately; refunds are contingent on the policy and may be limited to specific circumstances described above.
